Are you ready to take on an exciting new challenge? The Supervisor Plus role at Butlin's is your chance to shine! As the main point of contact for your team, you’ll be the driving force behind our operational success, ensuring that our high standards and compliance are met every day.

Your Mission

Reporting directly to the Manager, you will:

• Ensure daily operational plans are executed flawlessly.
• Guide your team to manage fluctuating guest demands while maintaining exceptional service.
• Primarily oversee accommodation on Mondays and Fridays, with flexibility to support other departments throughout the week.

Your Responsibilities

As a Supervisor Plus, you will:

• Be the hands-on leader, ensuring your team is effectively tackling key tasks.
• Coach your team to achieve targets, such as retail upselling and promotions.
• Conduct audits and ensure compliance across various departments.
• Monitor guest experiences and feedback, taking action to enhance satisfaction.
• Foster strong relationships across the resort and with central support teams.
• Champion Butlin’s values and leadership behaviors.

Key Focus Areas

In addition to your core responsibilities, you will also support various venues:

Buffets

• Lead by example in food safety and hygiene.
• Create a warm, welcoming dining experience for our guests.
• Oversee food quality and bay replenishment.
• Coach your team to deliver exceptional service.

Bars & Shops

• Drive sales and enhance guest interactions.
• Monitor guest flow to reduce queues and improve service.
• Maintain strong stock practices and ensure brand standards are met.

Restaurants & QSRs

• Champion food safety and hygiene standards.
• Deliver a friendly, engaging dining experience.
• Encourage upselling and effective checkbacks with guests.

Splash Pool

• Supervise pool operations and ensure safety compliance.
• Deliver a welcoming environment for guests.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.

Sports & Activities

• Support the planning and delivery of engaging activities.
• Supervise team members and ensure a vibrant atmosphere.
• Maintain safety standards and manage equipment effectively.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in guest-facing roles, handling queries and complaints.
